About Me - Krishna Das

For over 12 years, I have immersed myself in the transformative practice of meditation, a journey that has profoundly reshaped my life and perspective. This path has not only brought me personal enlightenment but has also gifted me with a deep sense of serenity and balance that permeates every aspect of my existence.

My exploration of meditation began in the sacred space of the Sugavaneswarar Temple, where I first felt the divine presence of Lord Shiva guiding my steps. It was here that I discovered the power of continuous breathing techniques, rigorous meditation sessions, and the significance of daily rituals. These practices have allowed me to forge a strong and meaningful connection with my inner self, leading to a greater understanding of my purpose and the world around me.

Throughout my journey, I have been deeply inspired by the teachings of revered spiritual leaders such as Paramahamsa Yogananda and Neem Karoli Babaji. Their profound wisdom and insights have not only shaped my meditation practice but have also influenced my overall outlook on life, encouraging me to seek deeper truths and embrace the beauty of existence.

With the blessings and guidance of Choe Khor Sum Ling (CKSL), a center devoted to the study and practice of Buddhism within the Tibetan Mahayana tradition, I am excited to embark on the next chapter of my journey by offering meditation classes. CKSL has been instrumental in providing me with a solid spiritual foundation and unwavering support, empowering me to share the insights and experiences I have gained with others who are eager to explore the depths of meditation.

I invite you to join me on this enriching journey as we delve into the profound world of meditation together. Let us uncover the tranquility that lies within and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and awareness in our lives. Together, we can create a community of seekers, united in our quest for inner harmony and spiritual growth.
